Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unused condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
